This 1.00 inch diameter Crowned Pulley (#10-32 thread, ball bearing, and M3 hex socket), mounted on a Base Plate with a .50 inch diameter Idler Pulley (#10-32 thread, bronze oil impregnated bearing, and M3 hex socket), was redesigned to simplify the manufacturing process and reduced our customer’s cost by 51%. We also established a just in time supply chain program.
